FT ES/JHS Teacher in Saitama

We're looking for an outgoing teacher with strong classroom management skills for an Elementary/Junior High position in Saitama.
Starting date: April, 2012
Pay: 300,000yen(before tax) + travel expenses.
Working day: 5days/week (within Mon-Sat)
* The school will decide a schedule before the new academic year begins.
* Occasional weekend work is necessary.
Working hour: 8：20-17：30
* Over time is necessary to finish particular projects
Lessons: 22 lessons, Communication、Grammar, Writing
Summer Class: Teaching 1-week course in late August
Vacation: About 20days (summer), 10days (winter), 1week (spring)
Insurance: Teacher's responsibility
Duties Include:
* Curriculum and material development.
* Making lesson plans.
* Making exams and assessments, and grading.
* Attending meetings, school events, and open schools.
* Helping some after school clubs.
* Instructing and monitoring students during the school lunch and cleaning time
* Teaching a summer course
* Instructing and judging speech contests
