Our client school in Saitama is building a pioneering bilingual education model and seeking like-minded professionals to join its Elementary School division for the start of the April 2027 academic year.

Led by an experienced international leadership team driving ambitious educational reform, this initiative uses a collaborative co-teaching structure. English-speaking teachers work hand-in-hand with Japanese co-teachers in the classroom, delivering subject curricula together. Contract Type: Direct Hire
Contract Period: April 2027 ~ March 2028
Compensation: Competitive based on school's pay scale
Working Days and Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00–16:30), Saturday (8:00–13:15)
Holidays: Sundays, national holidays, 20 days annual paid leave
Insurance: Private School Insurance (Health & Pension)

<Qualification Requirements>

* Bachelor's degree or higher

* Expertise in one of the targeted subject areas

* Teaching license preferred
