<Conditions>
Contract Type: Direct Hire

Pay: Competitive remuneration starting at ¥270,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with a maximum of 30 classes of 50 minutes each.

Tuesday to Friday: 12 PM - 9 PM

Saturday: 11 AM - 8 PM

Holidays: Enjoy two weeks off for winter vacation, one week for Golden Week, and one week for Obon week.

<Duties>

Deliver engaging lessons based on our curriculum.

Assist students in passing regular in-house EIKEN tests and textbook tests.

Create positive learning environments with child-directed resources.

Develop strategies to guide positive behavior.

Build open communication with children, families, and staff.

Undertake administrative tasks as needed.

 

<Qualification Requirements>

Native English speaker currently residing in Japan.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good computer literacy for computer-based lessons.

Punctual, reliable, and a non-smoker.
