Our client school is urgently looking for a short term substitute teacher to teach history and geography.

<Details>

Contract period: September 1st 2026 to November 30th (tentative end date)

*We won't know the exact end date until the last week of August
Contract type: dispatch (haken)
Monthly remuneration: from ¥310,000/mth (before tax) + transportation reimbursement

Work days: 5 days a week (Thursday and Sunday off)

Hours: 8:20-17:05
Lessons: Up to 20 lessons/week
Contents: Social Studies - History and Geography

​

<Duties>

-Preparing, conducting, and grading Social Studies classes (JSHS level)
-Developing curricula and teaching materials

-Pre-class planning meetings
-Creating, proofreading, grading, and evaluating scores for periodic exams
-Assistant homeroom teacher
-Participating in and providing guidance for school events (including school information sessions)
-Other duties related to school education

<Qualification Requirements>
* Must have a bachelor's degree or higher (preferably major in Social Studies or related fields)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience

* Must currently reside in Japan with a valid visa
