A senior high school in Chiba Prefecture is seeking a teacher for its English communication and writing classes. This school has a relaxed atmosphere and is open to trying out new ways of teaching that would lead to the betterment of its English course. Location-wise, it is quite easily accessible from some major train stations.

Contract period: Apr 2023 - Mar 2024
Contract type: Dispatch Contract (haken)
Payment: 280,000 - 330,000yen/month (before tax) + transportation
*Depending on background and experience
Location: Funabashi City
Lessons: up to 20 lessons a week
Working days: Mon to Fri (Some events are scheduled on weekends)
Working hours: 8:15-17:15
Class: Oral Communication Classes, Writing Classes
Insurances: Health insurance, pension, and employment insurance

<Job Duties>
- Planning and teaching lessons
- Making, marking, proofreading exams
- Voice Recording
- Curriculum and material development
- Essay corrections and grading
- Instructing and judging at speech contests
- Teaching special courses
- Teaching on school open days
- Supervising during exams
- Attending meetings, teacher training, school events, and school ceremonies.
- Accompanying school excursions
- Assistant homeroom teacher

<Qualification Requirements>
* Have a bachelor's degree or higher
* At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience at secondary school
* Have experience teaching high academic level classes.
* Capable of making and implementing effective and interesting lessons
* Have passion and enthusiasm about education
* Must currently reside in Japan with a valid visa
